If your Chromebook has an IA32/x86 (Intel) processor then yes. There has been many successful Wine/Crossover attempts for ChromeOS or you could even replace ChromeOS for Windows 10 with a few simple hacks. If yours doesn't have an x86 processor. ie the ARM based devices, then you could use an emulator such as bochs however it would be very slow on such low power hardware.

The first question is: Which Chromebook do you have?

Unfortunately that has an ARM based CPU and cannot natively run windows software. You'll have to install an emulator such as bochs, then install windows, then install EO. The whole thing is long winded and will be slow and bloated...

First, setup ChromeOS so you can install and run Android software:

Then install bochs from the play store:

...then install windows
...then EO
...then be disappointed
...then uninstall it all
...then wish you'd have bought a proper cheap ultrabook rather than a chromebook =P
